- SJShianne Jones5 days ago1.0Sorry excuse of a company. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to use this company. Especially the N pleasantburg location!!!! I repeat DO NOT use the N pleasantburg location. They will leave you out 500+ with no vehicle and no desire to hold the vehicle so we could get things situated. They will never get any more of our business and I’ll be informing every soul I know not to use them. Hertz here we come cause this company is a joke!

And I had an issue on the road, and the guy was super, offering me the option to go to a closer enterprise and trade out the car. I opted to keep driving it after he went through the alerts that were coming up on my dashboard with me and made me feel it ease. Will definitely use again.

I am an older woman and didn't like riding in the Honda Civic,but it confirmed the thought I already had, "the low sedans are not for me. " The staff at the location I used were friendly and helpful. I actually met other friendly people waiting to rent cars too. I didn't have a long wait. I returned the car and found them in a new place. It had the new shop smell 😍, same good service though.
