When I arrived, he wasn't friendly and didn't ask for my ID. I took it out because I saw Next to me, the lady got her license; the vehicles aren't cleaned, there's hair in them and they smell strongly of cigarettes, and this made me sneeze a lot. The seats were just as dirty as they are there; they don't clean, they only vacuum where you put your feet. I hope you will take this into account and be more courteous and kind, and that you will provide clean cars without bad smells.
