- TETrilby Erin4 days ago1.0I purchased a refresher course and shortly after I suffered some health problems that caused me not to be able to drive. I contacted them and asked for a refund. The lady said that they were not able to do a refund but that I would be able to redeem the course at anytime. I recently contacted them to schedule an appointment and they said they were unable to since it’s been over a year. They received $150 from me and in return I was told that the only way I can receive services, is if I pay for the entire course again. I’m sure they will respond with some rude comment trying to justify this, but I’m sure the owner or anyone working there would be upset if the same thing happened to them.

And after years of anxiety centered around driving, the people here made it not only a relaxing but also enjoyable experience. And as of today, I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!!
