  Huge thank you to Lu. R at AutoZone for going above and beyond to help me today. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. My car battery was giving me trouble, and he took the time to come outside, help install the new battery, and make sure everything was working properly. He truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Lu. R! The man is Amazing . No lie .

  Don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service anywhere in my life. I was only staying in Greenville for the night when my car had a dead battery the next morning. After taking an uber to this autozone I was met with employees happy to help. Especially Guillermo, who was kind enough to offer to drive me back to my car so I didn’t have to pay for another Uber. Top tier employees at this location.

  Guillermo and his entire team at this location have not only excellent customer service skills, but the knowledge that complements the industry having little knowledge of automotive things myself.I was able to go into the store.Tell them what I needed.And he was able to translate that into something that fixed my vehicle.I am forever grateful and will always recommend this location.In the greenville south carolina area.
