I had my Mustang Mach-E worked on at Stokes Hodges Ford, and it was a good experience. The audio module had gone out, and although it wasn't something I was thrilled about spending money to fix, it ended up that the cost was significantly less then they had quoted. I was pleased that they didn't just go ahead and charge the higher amount, they were honest and the work was done well. Overall a good experience, and good communication throughout the process.

This was my first time buying a truck without seeing it in person and they could not have been any better to deal with. I had dealt with a few other dealerships prior to broadening my search radius and they were super responsive and fair. Great communication along the way and even after hours. Would recommend them and will be buying from them again in the future. Kyle, James, Colton and Scottie were all great.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dalton! He was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took his time with us, listened to what we needed, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What stood out to us was Dalton’s genuine belief that people shouldn’t have to spend all day at a dealership. He was committed to making the process as smooth, straightforward, and efficient as possible—and he truly delivered on that promise. We really appreciate his patience, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. Dalton made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Dalton to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and their experience! The Daniels
