  Bought a truck from Dalton at Stokes Hodges Ford and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Dalton was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy and smooth. I had visited a couple of other dealerships in the area and ran into some frustration, but once I came here everything was straightforward. Communication was clear the whole way through, and the deal came together without any headaches. I’d definitely buy from him again. If you need anything, Dalton is the guy to talk to—he was great.

  Daughter took her car in to get a recall service done for her Ford Eco Sport. Which had to do with her car shutting off. Had car towed to dealership only to be told that the recall work was done but that her AC was needing to be fixed. Prior to recall her ac worked just fine. Dealership told her it would be 2000 dollars or so to fix it. She requested to speak with a manager or corporate only for them to tell her she need to talk to dealership. Which they refused to fix her AC. Mean while she had access prior to website showing her the work they did on her car. When she made the complaint on them about AC she was no longer able to access that portal and was told they didn't do a prior inspection on the vehicle to know whether her AC was working or not. She is a single mother of two toddlers having to drive around aiken county now without AC because she doesn't have the money to fix the AC they broke while servicing her for recall. This is very bad business! They later made a underhanded deal with her to purchase the part for her ac herself and they would do work on her car. At this point I don't feel like she needs to allow Ford to touch her vehicle any more because of this type of bad business. If you break something on someone's car while doing work on the car you are responsible for fixing the mistake! This is very bad business. I hope there are not others out there that you have done this to. And if so that is total shame. Very disappointed in this company for how they handled this.

  The Service Department was excellent. They handled my extended warranty claim quite efficiently. They submitted my documentation, received approval from Ford and completed the engine replacement on my Escape, all in a matter of just 6 business days! They were cordial and patient while answering my many questions. They are genuine professionals.

  I wanted to take the time to leave a detailed review for Zach Brown at Stokes Hodges Ford because the level of effort he has put into helping me deserves to be recognized. I’ve been looking for the right Ford F-250 for a while now, and Zach has gone way above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I need to do to make that happen. What has stood out to me the most is that he hasn’t treated me like I’m only worth his time if I’m ready to sign paperwork that same day. Instead, he has actually listened to what I’m looking for, taken the time to understand my situation, and helped me work through what needs to happen with my current trade so I can prepare properly and put myself in the best position to make the purchase in the near future. That may sound simple, but it honestly says a lot about someone in sales. It would have been very easy for him to brush me off, give me a quick answer, or tell me to come back whenever I was ready to buy. Zach did the complete opposite. He has continued to answer my questions, explain different options, help me understand the numbers and what I need to accomplish with my trade, and point me in the right direction so that when the right F-250 comes along, I can actually be prepared to make the deal happen. I really respect the fact that he has never made me feel pressured or like I was wasting his time. He has been patient, professional, responsive, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He has treated me like a future long-term customer instead of just another opportunity to make a quick sale. As someone who understands how important customer service is, I notice when somebody is willing to put in extra effort, especially when there isn’t an immediate payoff for them. Zach has absolutely done that. He has shown me that he cares about helping his customers make the right decision and getting them into something that actually fits what they want and need rather than simply pushing whatever happens to be available. That kind of service builds trust, and it is exactly what makes someone want to come back and do business with the same person when the time comes. I also hope the management team at Stokes Hodges Ford sees this because Zach deserves recognition for the way he represents the dealership. Employees who are willing to invest this much time and effort into helping someone plan for a future purchase are the kind of people who create repeat customers and referrals. When I’m in the position to move forward with the F-250 I’ve been looking for, Zach Brown is absolutely the person I want to work with. He has already earned my business before the deal has even been completed, simply because of the way he has treated me and the amount of effort he has put into helping me get there. If you’re shopping for a vehicle at Stokes Hodges Ford, I highly recommend asking for Zach Brown. Whether you’re ready to buy today or you’re trying to figure out what steps you need to take to make a future purchase possible, he will actually listen, work with you, and treat you like your business matters. Five stars without hesitation. I sincerely appreciate everything Zach has done to help me so far, and I’m looking forward to hopefully getting the right F-250 deal put together with him in the near future.

  Sales (Austin) made my experience with Ford and the purchase of my Bronco a positive one. He was friendly, responsive and patient throughout the process. I had several questions about the pricing, financing, fees and vehicle features, and he took the time to address my concerns and help get everything clarified before I signed. I appreciated that he stayed in communication without making me feel pressured. Austin was professional, helpful and easy to work with, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle
