  Go in for brake work and to get two bolts of the driver side engine splash guard put back in when they open. Drop my car off. Call them after five hours and they say they just got the parts. After another five hours, just before they close, they say the car is done. Pickup my car and see they didn't work on the two bolts for the splash guard. Not only that, but now the passenger side splash guard is hanging down. They say come back at 7:30 am tomorrow to get it fixed. Arrive the next day and they are closed but the guy is in his car telling me he can't get into the building until 9 am. Come back right after 9 am and it's still closed, nobody is there. Wait until 9:15 thinking they were in traffic. Nobody shows up so I just leave. In short, all they do is waste your time, add more problems to your car, all while also not doing the job.

  Today I had an exceptional experience at Tire Choice in Goose Creek. I brought my wife’s car in to purchase new tires and Tony took excellent care of me. I was so pleased I went home and brought my truck back as I had a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor. Once again Tony took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Tony treated me like family and has a first class work ethic. Thanks again Tony for your professionalism and caring for my vehicles as if they were your own. Mike King

  The service attendant was very polite and the service was very fast! That's why their my go to for all my car needs!

  This location was a 10/10 experience for me. I came here with a slow leak, and the amazing front desk associate quickly confirmed for me that I punctured my tire with a VERY long nail. He acted fast, with clear passion for what he does, and he repaired the hole in my tire for me. I cannot express how much I enjoyed my visit, it was a total 180 degree difference from the Saint James Blvd location I had just left from. These guys will be getting all the recommendations from me!!
