  I called today at 5 o’clock and I immediately knew that they’re outsourcing their phone call management system to people in India. They told me they had an appointment at 5:30 I drive 30 minutes out of my way once I get there they can’t help me because the person that could Patch my tire and rotate my tires had to go home. You would think that they would at least inform the call center or just close the shop for the day and out of that whole shop you’re telling me they only have one person that can do that yet they had two people on the counter

  Tires choice is my dads go to place, and they do great! However when a front desk employee is on his phone the entire time while I try to tell him what I need done, it gets a bit insane. I had to repeat what I have said multiple times while he’s on his phone multiple times in one conversation for about 10 seconds at a time. I wish I could’ve caught his name but i’m sure all you gotta do is look thru the cameras just one time. I did forget to mention when he’s texting or whatever on his phone he is not listening nor paying any attention toward the customer just looking at his phone and focusing on that. It’s quite awkward standing there while he apperently has more ‘important matters’. I couldn’t even get my car done fully for a brake flush because they “didn’t have the part”. What part? He never specified because he was on his phone. Okay. As long as i don’t get him as front desk again or he finishes the job before going on his phone i’ll be coming back!

  The mechanic is the back dropped my lug nuts down a drain then left. Took 3.5 hours to get 2 tires replaced. Worst tire center I’ve ever been to bar none. There was another customer in there for the 3rd time because that same mechanic kept screwing up his vehicle. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely never be back.

  From the instant I came in, I knew something was off. From seeing a technician snoozing off in the back, to the gentleman upfront sitting on his phone, to walking into the bathroom and seeing urine all over the seat. I came in for a new set of tires only to be told they ordered the wrong size. The 2 guys who worked here before would always be willing to help but we’re supposedly “fired” when I call bs on that statement. Get your head out of your rear and just close this building down.
