  Called and scheduled an appointment for 2PM, got here at 1:40, nobody is here to help me, waited 30 mins thinking they could be on lunch, still nobody. get your shit together

  Drove here on a flat tire from work because the website states they close at 7 pm. I get all the way here, and the sign says “closing at 5.” I arrived and walked in at 4:30, as the young black man at the front desk was helping another young guy put in an application. They finish, I tell him my issue, he damn near interrupts me to tell me they are currently closed. I tell him the sign says 5, he says “the mechanic is off at 4.” How does that make sense? Then, he says all he can do is put air in the tire for me. I say okay and go wait in my car, no one comes to help. I have to walk back in and remind him of the air, as to which he says “oh I thought you didn’t want it” as both the mechanic and him sat around on phones and computers. Terrible first experience, will never be back.

  Came by for a simple tire patch, pulled in at 9am(the door showed you open at 7:30) and no one is there.

  Clean busy shop,wait was an hour before work started on my truck,but who doesn't need an hour to just sit outside and decompress on a beautiful day? When work started it was done quickly. No complaints here,thanks guys.
