  Had appointment for oil change at 8:30. Only receptionist at the store at 8:30. She said Technician would be in at 9:00, but two cars for service in front of me . I left car and came back at 10:30. Car still parked and technician came out to get it for service. It appears that the people who make the appointments are off site and don’t really know what’s going on at the store.

  Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation only to be told it's first come, first serve regardless of my appointment time. Took over 4 hours for said oil change and tire rotation because there is only 1 mechanic for the whole shop. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me for a high mileage oil change despite me telling her twice that I didn't want that when I checked in. She was incredibly rude when I brought this up. Thankfully the mechanic was also up front and was able to correct charge to reflect what I actually asked for (synthetic blend). TLDR: Don't bother making an appointment. Better yet-- just don't go here at all.

  My experience was a bad one. Had a 1pm appointment to repair a leak in my tire. Dropped off my key in the front desk ladies hand. Came back around 5:30pm assuming everything was done and discovered that she had misplaced my key and never properly checked me in. She had told me that I never gave her the key and then stated I must've just thrown it on her desk somewhere. Checking into any shop, the front desk person will always ask for your keys, which in all cases in my mind, you hand the person the keys. While a technician named Tony helped get everything properly entered, she changed her story stating it was really busy when she was checking me in. 2 people were sitting in chairs waiting for their vehicle to finish, but other than that there wasn't anyone else waiting in line. She followed it up with stating it must've been when they were looking for BMW keys, which was never a time I was present for. I was not surprised that she misplaced someone else's keys. Needless to say, the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because of Tony's efforts, but I still wouldn't recommend going there.

  Mechanic on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. I left my vehicle expecting it to take several hours for the work to be completed since the mechanic was the only one on duty. However, I received a call about an hour later saying my vehicle was ready. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely give future business to Tire Choice.

  I had two tires changed here today and the man who I was made aware is the manager was AMAZING.. he was working hard to deliver everything that was handed to him at the moment, he was the only one in the shop yet still maintaining time appropriately.. I hope this man gets the recognition he deserves
