  I was having issues with the clutch on my car and knew it was finally time to replace it. Another mechanic recommended that I go see Parker specifically for this kind of work, and I’m really glad I did. From the beginning, David made the entire process easy and straightforward. He walked me through everything, let me leave the car for inspection, and explained clearly what absolutely needed to be fixed versus what they simply recommended due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. I really appreciated that distinction because it never felt pushy or sales-driven. It felt honest. One thing I especially appreciated was how transparent they were during the inspection process. They sent me the estimate through text with a link where I could review everything in detail, including pictures of the actual parts and issues they found on the car. That made a huge difference because I could clearly see what they were talking about instead of just taking someone’s word for it. I called David, we discussed the options, and I was able to approve the repairs I wanted and decline the ones I didn’t directly from my phone. He immediately updated the quote with zero pressure. They originally gave me a timeframe for completion, but during the process they ran into an issue bleeding the clutch lines. Apparently my car is notoriously difficult for that. What impressed me most was the honesty. David told me the car was technically drivable, but that he preferred I leave it one more day because they wanted to make sure everything was truly right before giving it back to me. I’ve been driving the car for about a week and a half now, and it drives AMAZING. The clutch feels incredible. With the new one, the engagement point catches much faster and lower on the release than before, so I had to relearn my timing a little. After that, it has driven perfectly. Another thing that gave me peace of mind was that they stand behind their work with a 5-year warranty. That level of confidence says a lot. When I finally got a chance to thank Parker personally, he was just as great as David. You can tell Parker takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. They even left a little thank-you monkey in the car, which honestly made me laugh. My grandkids are probably going to end up stealing it from me. Thank you again to David for the excellent customer service, honesty, communication, and professionalism. And thank you to Parker for doing great work and fixing my car the right way. It’s rare to find a shop that builds trust instead of pressure, and that’s exactly what this experience felt like.
