Georgetown:
1/5 Stars – Extremely frustrating customer service and lack of help
I stopped in today to get a tire balance corrected after the Pawleys Island store failed to balance it properly. The staff at this Georgetown location told me they couldn’t help me because they "had too much going on."
Meanwhile, I watched three people working behind the desk and five people standing around doing nothing while looking at just one guy. They told me they couldn't squeeze me in because they had appointments coming in soon—so instead, they chose to sit around waiting on those appointments and turn away a paying customer right then and there.
This is the third time I've come to this specific location and left with zero help. If you want a business that actually wants to work and help customers, completely avoid this store.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I’m traveling for work all the way from Houston and unfortunately ended up with a flat tire.
