- ABAmos BakerAug 9, 20261.0The workers have absolutely no knowledge of how to run the system no manager on site can’t even search a persons phone number for a receipt just an embarrassing store with embarrassingly bad employees I went in to return fuel injector cores and the older lady working said “what the hell are these” an auto parts store worker can’t even identify fuel injectors. Then it was constant complaining about how she doesn’t know how to look customers up in the system which I don’t care about I’m not here to be a therapist. When she finally searched my number (I don’t work there and I could do it within 30 seconds) she couldn’t figure out where my receipt was that I purchased YESTERDAY it’s funny how bad customer service positions are now.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
