Today Bradley and James were both super welcoming and friendly through the whole service and really went the extra mile even while they were both really busy 🫶🏻

I waited for more than 20 minutes before inquiring was the other service bay open. That's when I was told there was only 2 people working. However that did not stop the tech working up top to engage in several conversations with this person. He seem angered that I was upset having waited more than 20 minutes while he engage in a conversation with another customer. The underneath tech came up top after draining the oil and performed fluid checks. He apologized for the wait. The tech up top. Seemed that he didn't care if there was a long wait. Usually the service is good. However, today was the worst experience I have ever had at any oil change facility
