  The mechanic here is honest and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he found wrong with the car in the diagnostic, showed me the parts he removed after the job and explained how they were damaged, and showed me how I can check the status of the hybrid battery fan for my car as well. The price was very much reasonable for the amount of work and time required to fix the car. I was given frequent updates about the status and progress of the repair as it was an all day repair. I will definitely be returning here whenever I need repairs for my car.

  I had the best experience at Tuffy this week. My Audi needed a new battery and I quickly learned that not all mechanics work on them. I called Tuffy and spoke to Rob who assured me he could get the job done. For something as simple as a battery, changing it was not for the faint of heart. Rob showed me where it went and what he had to do to get the old one out and new one in. I so appreciated that he took the time to show me how it all worked. Needless to say, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!
