- TFTera FreemanJun 4, 20261.0Enterprise has gone down. It’s time for me to switch to Hertz. I had 8am reservation. The store opened at 8am, so I arrived at 8:10am to give them time to open. There were no cars available even with a reservation. I finally got in a car at 8:43am. The car was not the one I reserved, it was smaller. It was compact, mirage. It was missing a hubcap, scratches everywhere and kept jumping while I was driving it. It had a scent too. The tank was not full. It was a little lower than 1/2 tank. The rep said the gas was free, because of the inconvenience; however, it didn't have much gas in it anyway, so I did not get free gas. I was also late to my corporate meeting by 10 mins due to waiting over 30 mins for a car I reserved. This car should not be in your fleet or the car needs to be in better condition before renting it out.
