  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. I came in needing two tires changed on a repossessed vehicle after one of our drivers had an issue with the tires. The vehicle had already been delivered to the lienholder, and we were trying to correct the issue as quickly as possible. When I arrived, I was told they needed a key so they could drive the vehicle into the shop. I understood that and contacted my driver to bring the key. While I was still waiting for the key to arrive, they called me inside to make the payment for the tire service. My manager had the physical company card, so I contacted him to send the company funds to my Cash App so I could pay through Google Wallet. Instead of simply allowing me to handle the payment, the owner/manager called the situation “sketchy.” Then the situation became even more uncomfortable. Comments were made suggesting that my driver was high, and concerns were raised because the vehicle did not have a license plate. I had already explained that this was a repossessed vehicle that had been delivered to the lienholder and that we were there specifically to correct the tire issue. What bothered me most is that I was initially told to get the key, I arranged for the key to be brought, and while I was waiting for it, they were already asking me to come inside and pay. Then suddenly the situation was treated as suspicious and service was refused. If there was a company policy preventing them from servicing the vehicle, I would have respected a professional explanation from the beginning. What I don't appreciate is being called “sketchy,” having inappropriate assumptions made about my driver, and being treated as though we were doing something wrong when I was there representing a legitimate towing/recovery company and trying to correct an issue. A business has the right to refuse a job, but there is a professional way to handle it. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary, disrespectful, and embarrassing. I would not bring our company vehicles or business to this location after this experience.

  Was in need of new brakes, and was given a great experience. Everyone hates going into an auto repair shop and feeling like you’re being SOLD extra stuff that isn’t necessarily needed. Miguel gave me an honest assessment of what was needed. A few other options and gave me a fair price. With this type of service, I will definitely be using this shop more often! They even picked me up to retrieve my vehicle! Thanks Miguel, you’re the man!
