Will & two other gentlemen were completely unprofessional, intentionally bouncing a car with suspension issues, which has now made the problem worse. To make matters worse, throughout the entire “inspection”, they were laughing at any problem they found with my parents’ vehicle. We felt judged & unwelcome. Between that & false advertising on the website, putting us under the impression that the tires we came there to purchase were in stock & Will smirking & holding in laughter when I brought up my concerns after the “inspection”, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone needing service.

Came for a tire. A inconvenience happened. And the manager and the associate upfront ALLIE & MARYBETH were helpful patient and very communicative in helping me. Despite how frustrated I got. Thank you for handling the situation and not making it stressful.

So my gf took her son’s car to get a new battery put in here. Total cost was $360 dollars for a standard 3-5 year battery which is absurdly high if you know what you can pay for them. When I called and questioned it I was told that what they sell them for. When i got the brand and said the same battery is $149 at AutoZone and asked if they were making these up 100% the response from the person was “that’s Mavis”. I’ll give you installation costs but $340 bucks for a 3-5 year battery is robbery.
Side note: Called the other Mavis in Indian Land and the same battery out the door with no coupons is $249.
