- WYWendy Young1 day ago4.0Quick and friendly. Walked in with no appointment and had 4 new tires put on in estimated 45 minutes. Have gone back for front brakes which was handled exactly same way.

WAITED MORE THEN 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE WITH AN APPOINTMENT, MESSED UP MY ENTIRE RECEIPT AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME $362.87 FOR A NEW BATTERY AND $37.64 FOR A BATTERY TEST I DIDNT WANT OR ASK FOR THROUGH CAR ADVISE WHEN MY BATTERY HAS HALF IT'S POWER REMAINING! TOTAL SCAM! PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT CABIN AIR FILTER AND TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE AIR FILTER! THE ONLY REASON I WENT HERE WAS FOR A OIL CHANGE DISCOUNT AND BECAUSE MY MPG WAS LOW AND THEY SAID I NEEDED NEW SPARK PLUGS AND AN ENGINE AIR FILTER AND MY MILES PER GALLON WOULD BE BACK TO NORMAL, AFTER I LEFT AND DROVE THE REST OF THE DAY AND NEXT DAY MY MILES PER GALLON WAS THE EXACT SAME! SO I TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE WHERE THEY FIXED THE ISSUES. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE GIVING FREE OIL CHANGES IN EXCHANGE FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW. NOT SURE IF THEY ARE IN ON THE SCAM WITH CAR ADVISE OR THOUGHT THEY WERE OVER CHARGING CAR ADVISE AND NOT THE CUSTOMER, EITHER WAY THIS IS A SCAM!

I don't know anything about tires or cars, and needed help to figure out what was going on. Dennis & Fatima immediately helped me and they found a small leak. They fixed it up very quickly. They are honest good people who didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. They actually gave me a really good deal! I am so happy I came to them. This is a really trustable place you can count on for any of your troubles. Thank you so much to the entire team. If I ever have an issue I'm definitely coming back here & highly recommend this place to everyone.
