  I had a great experience with Enterprise thanks to Austin! The car I originally reserved wasn’t available when I arrived, but Austin went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I still left with a vehicle that fit my needs. He was professional, patient, understanding, and kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Even though the situation could have been frustrating, he made it smooth and stress-free with his excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me out and would definitely recommend this location because of employees like him!

  I had the most amazing experience at the Indian Land location. I would even say the best customer service ever. I reserved an SUV online for a trip to the mountains. I scheduled pick up at 10 am with the intention of going home afterwards to pack it up and head out. Well, they didn't have any SUVs because multiple customers failed to return on time. They promised they would make it right, and boy did they. I'm not going to go into great detail about everything they did, just because I know they can't do this for every single customer, but they went out of their way to make me happy. It was top tier service and I can't tell you how much of a better trip I had because of them. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

  The fellas at the desk at the Indian Land/Fort Mill Enterprise are real assets. They were very helpful and they hustled to get customers in & out. They know how to treat people. Just some cool dudes.

  This was the second time I've rented from the center in Indian Land, SC. Very convenient. Location has been well staffed every time I've been there. Staff have always been personable, proficient and professional. Cars have always been clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is the Company review its gas policy for this location. Cars are provided with whatever level of gas they have in them because they do not have their own gas on the premises. I would understand that more if there weren't a gas station within the shopping center they are located in. When you are in a rush, the first thing you don't want to have to do is make a stop to fill up once you leave. It's also not easy to time a refill to not provide more gas when you return the vehicle than when you started. The "full tank policy" is definitely a more fair and practical policy for the renter, even though it may be a little more inconvenient for the location. Not a knock on the folks that work there as I know that's a corporate decision. Would not prevent me from continuing to use this location, as otherwise I've had nothing but positive experiences with them so far and you can't beat the convenience of the location.
