  Employees were polite and friendly. However, class of car that I reserved was not available when I arrived and car I got looked as of it had not been washed its entire life. Why reserve a car when it’s not available? Exterior of car I got was filthy and interior of rear windows were plastered with what looked like dog nose prints. There are several car washes within 5 minutes of this location… use them! Branch is obviously more concerned about volume than quality. Cleaning of cars is of zero concern

  Damien provided excellent customer service. Showing up an hour and half early from my pickup time I was greeted quickly. He brought me out to the car immediately, gave it a once over to make sure everything was in order and sent me on my way. I would encourage anybody to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in Indian Land

  Picked us up and took us to their location. Car was ready and clean. Walked through an inspection with us. Willing to meet us to drop off the car. Good interpersonal connections. Differentiate from most other competitors.

  Austin showed me what great customer service really is. This was the second time I utilized their products and services. And each of my visits was exceptional. The cars were clean and service was top notch. I recommend this facility for all of your rental needs. There's alot of places I can rent cars, but when i found this one. I knew I didn't have to look no, further. Thanks to Austin and his team of professionals.

  I have used Enterprise for years and have been exceptionally pleased with their service and follow-through with the rental process. Today, though, was a disappointment in that our reserved van for our family of 5 (including 3 small children) was rented to another walk-in customer. My reservation pickup time was for 9:00 a.m., and I checked in online before 9:00 a.m. and received a confirmation email. When I finally arrived around 10:40 to pick up the vehicle, I learned that the van was rented to someone else. This was a huge disappointment. Why is there even a pre check-in online? What is the point if they are not going to hold our vehicle? I went through the effort to do this. The message Dan left me stated that the van that was suppose to arrive had extended. If Enterprise does not rectify the situation, I will no longer be renting from them. To amplify matters, I did not receive the warm customer service that would encourage me to rent from them again, especially considering what happened. Last minute, our family had to take 2 vehicles which was not ideal.
