  I rented from there they gave me 2 bad dodges felt like it had a transmission issue then rented me A Hyundai Palisade that had a crash in the back people was asking me did you get into an accident mind you the insurance company was fixing my car not only that the car was a gas guzzler and it could’ve been from the damage. I don’t know about vehicles like that, but I do know because of the conditions they should’ve gave me a discount when it came down to give me my $50 deductible back. The gentleman told me that he was unable to give me the deductible back and I owed $17 after riding around in a crash car for two weeks that car should not have been rented. And those Dodge, Durango, that they have they have issues with the transmission because both cars were pulling. The customer service was very mid There were a couple of gentlemen that were really nice, but I think it just was the general manager, who was definitely not what I thought he would’ve been

  Zero stars. Do not waste your time or money here. The car was dirty, high-mileage, stained, and smelled strongly of marijuana. Worse than the car was the management and staff—utterly lazy, rude, and miserable. I came back 2 times only to be told they had no decent cars, offering just two filthy options. Absolute worst rental experience I’ve had in my life. Go somewhere else.

  If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Save yourself time, money, and frustration—go literally anywhere else. The vehicle was in abysmal condition: extremely high mileage, stained seats, and reeking of weed. As awful as the car was, the service was even worse. The staff were unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and openly hostile to customers. They clearly hate their jobs and do not care at all. After visiting three separate times, I was told they only had two worn-down options available: a full-size sedan or a minivan, both in terrible shape. In 20 years of renting vehicles, this is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Management needs to replace this lazy staff or close the location entirely.

  Enterprise was so easy to work with and made life easier when I needed to extend my rental a few extra days. Car was clean and smelled great even with 20k miles on it!

  Thanks to work I had the opportunity to rent at different locations and after trying the different ones (Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, etc) I always go back to Fort Mill for service and convenience (even when is the furthest away from home). On my latest experience one of their associates was great (Jaylin) and their assistant manager (Nick) really made the rental experience great. Fort Mill is the best location. No complaints after more than 10 years going back there.
