  Service was fine, but the car was not. The key fob was held together by tape and unable to attach to a keychain, there was no windshield wiper fluid. The worst part is that it smelled like smoke the entire time we had it (2 weeks). We even tried to get the smell out by cleaning and airing out the car.

  Before I called they stated they had no cars I had an old id that I usually use and expires in October he told me my id wasn’t real and can’t accept it. If they don’t have cars they should have just said that instead of saying they couldn’t accept my id. White red neck looking dude then he snatched my id unprofessional customer service and a bunch of young folks that work there I will not be returning. Went to another enterprise and got a car no issue with my id

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise location on Highway 160 in Fort Mill, South Carolina. When I returned my rental car, I explained that the vehicle had been provided to me with about a half tank of fuel. I returned it with a full tank and showed the representative, Nick, my gas receipt. I was not expecting reimbursement, but Nick told me that because I had the receipt, he would refund the full cost of the gas. I gave him the receipt before leaving and confirmed with him again that the refund would be issued. He assured me that he would be happy to do it. After several days passed and no refund appeared on my credit card, I called the office. Another representative told me they do not provide that type of refund and that I would not receive it, despite what I had been told by Nick at the time of return. The issue is not just the amount of money. It is that I was clearly promised a refund, confirmed it twice, and then later was told the promise would not be honored. That is unacceptable and, in my opinion, unethical customer service. Because of this experience, I will not use this Enterprise location again, and neither will my family.

  I have canceled my account with Enterprise due to this branch and Enterprise customer support. NO ONE at that company cares. Yes it is a big company, they have broken process and do not mind losing a few customers. Yes I am extremely frustrated.

  Horrible location. A reservation clearly does not guarantee a car here. Twice I arrived with a reservation and there were no vehicles available. The manager offered no real solution, gave excuses, and took no responsibility for the mistake. There was no proper notice or meaningful explanation for such poor service. I will never rent from this location again.
