  I just had one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever experienced and would like to share to help others I purchased a new Tracker 2072 cc from this dealer last week. I was told the boat would be ready for pick-up at 3:00 pm on Tuesday. Since I live an hour from the store I left at 2:00. They called me at 2:30 to tell me something was wrong with the motor and they think there was water in the gas. They believe someone left the fuel cap opened and rain entered the tank. They drained the tank completely and put fresh gas in. They said they were going to change the fuel pump and injectors since they had experienced water. Upon inspection , it was very obvious this was never done and this was just theater to make me feel better about the issue. Keep in mind that all the boats at Bass Pro become jungle gyms for everyone visiting the store. Your new boat has been crawled on by every kid in a 20 mile radius of the store. One of them likely popped the gas cap open and never closed it letting the rain water in. Once the so called repairs were completed , I was told the boat had been detailed and was now ready for pick-up. Once I arrived it was very apparent the boat had not been cleaned. When I asked the tech about it , he said the detailer was out that day. Another example of how they just tell you what you want to hear. Once I started going through the boat I found a bunch of parts and pieces missing. The fellow giving the demo had to keep going to the parts counter to try and find the parts. I even found a motor support bracket that had not been installed in one of the hatches. I had to work with the tech to install the bracket where it needed to go. It was very obvious that no one had even looked at this boat before telling me to come pick it up. Just know that if you pick up a boat from here , you will (should) go through it thoroughly because I can tell you, they don't! The icing on the cake was when I got it home and found that they couldn't even be bothered to put the battery hold down strap around the battery. With so many marinas around the area , I would recommend going to a real marina and avoid this " Dollar General " marina!

  Very polite and professional staff. Clean and well organized store. My one criticism is add more employees to the firearms section. Or have an employee or a line dedicated to just ammunition. There's no reason to have two employees and seven customers standing around.

  Great I needed a fishing reel and needed it spool. The guy helped me with all three.
