    Have to share my experience... Nicholas H. is a gem! I need new windshield wipers. Pull up, it's pouring. I go in, Nicholas looks up the ones I need. I told him I think I need the whole arm, not just the blades. He goes out in the rain to check my truck. Brings them inside and shows me what the problem is. Then explains all my different options and pricing. THEN goes back out in the rain and installs them for me! Did I mention he wasn't even technically on the clock at work while doing all this for me.Talk about above and beyond. This young man is a tribute to his generation! Thank you Nicholas, we need more like you!!

    I paid for rear rotors ($119), but they handed me front rotors ($95). I didn’t find this out until I was in the middle of working on my brakes. When I went to get the correct rotors from them, they insisted on doing a refund transaction instead of just handing me the item I had paid for. They handed me the correct rotors and told me to pay full price for them, and wanted to refund me the price of the cheaper $95 front rotors, even though I paid for rear rotors. Ultimately they wasted a lot of my time, and they still got me to pay more when I went to get the correct rotors. Just very unhelpful, and not very bright people work here.

    AutoZone in Indian Land far exceeds customer service! The people and manager there, Larry, really take the time to listen to you and genuinely care about your car needs. Larry and his crew are very honest and are quick to help and provide professional and exceptional service. I cannot recommend this location highly enough! They are awesome!! *I had the exact opposite experience in a few Charlotte locations and will not be going to any AutoZones in the Charlotte area.

    I’m here with Larry and his team. I have had nothing but the best experience. As a woman one of your biggest fears is that you’ll be treated a bit differently when discussing mechanical work. I went there with few issues regarding my 2015 Mercedes. His team was so helpful in helping to confirm my suspicions, find suitable parts plus I was able to use some communal tools to make the repairs. Super grateful for their care lb
