  I’m here with Larry and his team. I have had nothing but the best experience. As a woman one of your biggest fears is that you’ll be treated a bit differently when discussing mechanical work. I went there with few issues regarding my 2015 Mercedes. His team was so helpful in helping to confirm my suspicions, find suitable parts plus I was able to use some communal tools to make the repairs. Super grateful for their care lb

  My very old and well-loved Honda battery died in a parking lot. On Mother’s Day, Nick and his manager went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. They walked me through a part needed, the right tool to install it, how to install it, and provided phone assistance! When that didn’t work, Nick on his own time, came to jump my car and follow me to the store, where it was concluded I needed a new battery. They helped me select the best option and installed the new battery in less than 10 minutes. They saved another’s Day and earned my business and respect. Well done!

  We had a really frustrating experience at this AutoZone location. My husband and I came in for a simple diagnostic and were initially told to “give them a moment” while a technician finished working on another vehicle, which we understood. However, the technician who was outside actually told us that there were people inside who could come out and help us. We were under the impression someone would step in shortly after that. Instead, we waited nearly 15 minutes with no assistance or updates. Eventually, the manager came outside while on a phone call and continued speaking on the phone while standing there, rather than assisting or acknowledging the wait. At that point, I spoke up because the lack of communication and delay had become frustrating. They started the diagnostic while on the phone still. Which, I do not care if it’s a work call or personal…it’s disrespectful and not professional. Once the diagnostic was finally done, the entire visit took like 30 minutes for something that should have been quick and straightforward. The main issue wasn’t just the wait—it was the lack of follow-through, communication, and customer care despite a member of the staff (aka the manager) being available inside. The experience felt disorganized and left a really negative impression.
