Offer to check engine and air filter and didn't know that I needed those replaced but I AM GLAD that they offered it. Checked my signal lights too, which was surprising because places don't even do that! I don't live in this area, I reside in columbia but I am so fulfilled to have came to this valvoline location. Truly was excellent experience. Thanks Valvoline Team!! P.S. GREAT DISCOUNTS TOO!!

I’ve visited this location about four times and every single time I’ve had a five star experience. The older gentleman broke down everything to me, and explained everything perfectly, without any condescending remarks, as a woman this made me feel Very taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this location, and I plan on coming back anytime I need my oil changed! Again, very lovely experience and lovely people!

- DCDeborah CressMay 19, 20264.0Took my husband's truck to get the oil change, they were able to take me right in. It was nice to be able to stay in the vehicle and it took less than 15 min. They did put down the wrong mileage which caused the system to make recommendations for a much higher mileage vehicle. Fortunately I was able to reach my husband and he said those things aren't needed for awhile. When they were finished and gave me the paperwork is when I realized that mileage was incorrect. I will definitely go back.
