He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Safelite. Justin also came to my job and worked on the car, that was very convenient.

- HYHoward YarboroughAug 2, 20261.0Originally Had a Monday appointment the technician was to arrive anywhere from 8 AM to 1 PM. Technician made contact early arrived 8 AM. He went to work. He was very nice very professional no issues with him. He called me from the driveway. About five minutes later to show me the glass. The new windshield had a crack in it so I had to reschedule my appointment. He will let me know when the office called me and have my appointment scheduled for Wednesday at the house since I had three days off Wednesday, they called me to tell me the glass arrived damaged as well.. I use my car for work and ended up having to take half a day off to get my windshield replaced on originally I had scheduled all my three days off but after two failed attempts and to cracked new windshield I was on. I will never use This company again.

Review would have had 5 stars if the the glass would have been cleaned thoroughly inside and out, after installation. EDIT: Had to remove two stars. This was my wife’s car that the windshield was replaced on and she drives it every day and noticed that there was black stuff all over the dash from the installation and a scratch on the dash that she knows wasn’t on there before the installation because she had just cleaned the dash.
