  Went to get two new tires after a flat. They gave me an extra discount, which was great. BUT their honesty is what will keep me coming back. They looked my car over and initially I was going to get an alignment too. Once they looked over everything and we discovered a couple of items that would need to be fixed in the near future, they told me the alignment wouldn’t be worth it until the other items were fixed. I also had break pads to put on but they told me if I could change my alternator (which I had recently) then I could change my break pads and save myself their hourly rate. So they could have gotten a couple hundred more dollars out of me, but they chose not to. Will definitely be back to get the other items fixed with them.

  So I was worried about my daughter’s vehicle maybe something being wrong with the brakes these wonderful people here at the Mavis tire checked everything for us did not try to do any kind of cheap sales. They just hit us with a straight facts that my daughter’s car was actually OK and we paid nothing for their time which I think is amazing.

  Dennis and Trevor were transparent, informed and incredibly helpful. Came in for a set of 4 tired and an alignment, and these guys made sure I understood the state of my tread and wear patterns. Only two of my tires showed extensive wear. I was able to safely leave with 2 new tires and savings in my pocket. In a world of fast profit these two made sure I was was spending only what I needed to if I chose to do so. This honesty and customer service is why my family has continued to come to our local Mavis.

  Mavis Tires & Brakes gave me the best service I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a last minute fix I needed for my daughter’s car. Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all car and tire needs. Super fast service! VERY IMPRESSED! My new place for car service! Thank you Trevor!

  I came today to MAVIS at South Church St branch. Trevor readily accepted my inquiry and he said he can do it. I had a punctured tire in the left rear side and he had patched it. What’s even more amazing is that I DID NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY! This is somewhat unheard of nowadays so MAVIS definitely found a new customer in me. Next time I need to replace all 4 tires, I will have it done by MAVIS. By the way, my name is JOSELITO FRANCISCO in the service book. I am using this gmail account by my friend. Thank you and more power to MAVIS.
