  This shop (1606 South Church St Florence, SC) offered great service and quality work for a great price! They did the impossible where other shops said no. Thanks for the outstanding service from the Asst.Manager and the two excellent employees working on Sunday! Plus the temperature outside was tremendously hot, and they were unfazed and did a great job!

  I wanna start off by saying the staff here is very helpful, informative, and friendly. Today was my first visit at the Mavis in Florence and I’ll definitely be back to get more work done. Affordable prices, welcoming spirits, and you don’t wait long at all. If you’re looking for Tire/Brake service please give them a call/visit. You won’t be disappointed.

  Extremely professional, I came in for a tire change and they looked at everything to make sure I didn’t need any other services, went over pricing with me, but was not pushy at all. Overall I am very satisfied and will be back for more services

  I am writing this review regarding warranty service performed on my Nissan Titan XD. While traveling after receiving repairs at another location within the same chain, a failure occurred approximately 30 miles into my trip. I immediately contacted the original store, and they directed me to the nearest company location for assistance. A tow truck was promptly arranged, and my vehicle was transported safely and professionally. Once my truck arrived, the team at the receiving store got to work right away. They invested significant time and effort attempting to diagnose and repair an issue they did not create. Unfortunately, despite their extensive efforts, the repairs could not be completed. What deserves special recognition is the performance of the store manager. He went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service. He demonstrated professionalism, ownership, and a genuine commitment to helping a customer in a difficult situation. This is exactly the type of leadership at the store level that builds customer loyalty, creates repeat business, and strengthens a brand's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience with senior leadership was very different. During the repair evaluation process, multiple calls were placed to regional management seeking guidance and authorization. Those calls were not returned. The lack of response from upper management significantly limited the store manager's ability to resolve the situation and properly support the customer. Because the repairs could not be completed, the vehicle was not safe or roadworthy to drive. The truck required transportation approximately 100 miles. Since authorization could not be obtained from upper management, the store manager personally paid for the towing expense out of his own pocket to help me meet important professional obligations. That level of personal accountability and commitment is extraordinary and deserves recognition. I want to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to this young manager for his willingness to take care of business and represent the company at the highest level. To the regional manager who failed to return multiple calls: there is an important leadership lesson here. Take note of the example set by your store manager. He demonstrated what customer service, accountability, and brand representation should look like. His actions reflected positively on the company; the lack of support from senior leadership did not. Thank you again to the store manager and his team for doing everything possible to help under challenging circumstances.
