I then inquired about another product which he showed to me and explained the features and benefits of the product. He wasn't rushing us and he took all the time required. Gave me a price quote took the order and scheduled installation.. Very helpful

We called Leonard Buildings & Truck of Florence to find the part we needed as they were the closest to us. The assistant manager David was so very helpful! We arrived close to closing time and he not only patiently waited on us but installed the part himself in the pouring rain given his service guys were already gone for the day. He made a stressful drive into a much better experience with his exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this place and it’s staff!
