  I have been renting cars from this location for almost 9 years and I have never had any issues with the staff and the type of service I get from them. I am happy with the overall experience. I will always recommend they.

  I have to give a major shout out to Zack and Malcolm! My fiancé was rear ended by a driver and totaled her car. She has been battling cancer for awhile now. On top of that she’s been working and dealing with State Farm and having to get another rental. Well, we had a horrid experience with the enterprise on Irby Street! Yet, dealing with Mr. Zack being 100 percent real and very kind to her (plus Malcolm! )She called me asap after she picked up her rental from them and she could not say enough kind words about them! She is the type of person that believes in treating everyone like God would want her to. She believes in leaving people better off than when you found them! Malcolm and Zack were extremely rare and I can’t thank you men enough for treating people amazing! She made it clear that out of this whole nightmare you all went above and beyond and I can’t thank you enough! May God bless you all !

  Updated review from one to four stars 9/11/26: After leaving feedback on their website, as advised by Christoper, it's been over a week and still no response. Reached out on their website via chat today only for that to also be a waste of time, as the agent Alianna seemed to worry about being "smart" instead of empathetic and actually helping to find a resolution. She ended the chat and then sent me a survey, knowing I couldn't rate her once she disconnected (you cannot make this stuff up lol). Finally, I found the card the manager gave me that day, spoke to him, and we both came to an agreement that left me very satisfied. Huge shoutout to Zack! Thanks to him for making sure that I'll be taken care of next time! It took me a while to take time to share this experience on here, and as much as I hate to leave 1 star, I have to. I need for Enterprise to STOP allowing people to reserve cars, check-in, only for there to not be any cars available when it's time to pick up the vehicle. This is exactly what happened to me on July 10th. I came, saw there was already a slew of people waiting for cars, was told to come back in an hour, came back in an hour and most of the people from earlier were gone, yet TWO people who cars were clearly reserved AFTER mine got their cars before me STILL. I had saw them washing the two cars and getting them ready, I just knew one of them were mine smh. I was then asked to come outside with the manager on duty (forgot his name), he gave me a generic apology and told me they were out of cars. I had waited, drove around florence (I live about 30 mins away) with no a/c only to still be turned away. I haven't been able to really get a date to go out of town to visit my family since July 10th (which I had everything lined up for, didn't realize how much them not having a car for me would cause more scheduling conflict with work and the kids school schedule), and that's what reminded me to leave a review of this experience.
