    The vehicle I had was a 2022 Volkswagen Jetta. The four door sadan was a smooth ride for the duration of the trip.

    Better take note of damages before driving off... cause I thought normally they'll walk around the cars with you and point out things. Not here apparently

    Reserved a van online. When we got there, they said the van needed an oil change and could not be used. We asked for options even if we needed to go to another location. No help was offered, given, or even attempted. Truth of the matter was the clerk didn't nor want to help fix the issue. That was highlighted by her statement, "They will let you book anything online." Then hands me a business card with numbers to othe locations. So I called. Of course, they will let me book the van online because the van is listed in the enterprise system as available. That was the information the new clerk on the phone gave me. Not listed as out for maintenance. So we just called a local dealership and rented a van from them at a far lower rate. Dosen't matter what part of the country I'm in the rental reserved with enterprise is never there. But with exception of the Florence SC Airport. All of the other locations have solved the mix ups with equal to greater substitution. It was very obvious the clerk did not want to be at work that day not only to me but was the conversation of other customers too. On the positive note the young lady on the phone was helpful.
