  Windows looked like they had "cleaned" them with a greasy rag. The previous renters had used a hands free device and they didn't even clean with circle from the suction cup. The handle to the front passenger seat to lower the back was sticky like someone spilled a drink down the side of the seat. They need a new cleaning crew. The office staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Wanted a certain car and we were lucky enough to notice that they were "cleaning" that specific make of car we wanted so we were able to get what we wanted. To be clear. We didn't wait around and rush them to clean it. We went back 3 hours later to see if they still had it available. So I stand by my statement that they need a better cleaning crew. My husband also noted that the window cleaning fluid tank was empty, so we were not able to clean the outside windows that way. He had to use his own window cleaner to do that.

  My experience with Enterprise on Irby street was great! The customer service, Brittany picking me up and dropping me off and the vehicle was great! I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend! 👍🏽

  Enterprise failed to have reserved vehicle available and charged an outrageous cleaning fee. Additionally, after returning vehicle within an hour of the local office, in spite of local employees assurance, we were charged an extra day.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rental Car. The customer service representatives were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They got me into a rental vehicle quickly, making a stressful situation much easier. When the oil change required light came on in my rental, I contacted the office, and they immediately arranged for me to exchange it for another vehicle with no hassle. The staff answered all of my questions thoroughly, treated me with respect, and made sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciate their prompt service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for reliable service and friendly staff.
