I had a really great experience at this AutoZone today. Keion helped me out, and he was honestly amazing. He let me know upfront that he had just started and wasn’t completely familiar with everything yet, but you would never have known it by how he handled things. He was polite, respectful, and genuinely kind the whole time.
He and Mr. Lacey worked together to change my battery, and it was actually nice to watch. Mr. Lacey talked him through the process, and Keion stayed focused, took direction well, and got the job done. You can tell they have a good team dynamic there.
The wait wasn’t long at all, and I left feeling taken care of. Five stars all around. This is definitely going to be my go-to AutoZone from now on.

Mr. Curtis went above and beyond to help me today. He changed out my battery and even replaced my connector that was completely worn out and he didn’t have to do that. Great service!
Daniel the manager is AMAZING, he got me back up and rolling in no time. I greatly appreciate him, he is the BEST part of Autozone

I had a bad battery, and online it looked like it was still under warranty—mainly because they recently extended the warranty period. Even though mine was technically a little past the original coverage, they still honored it and got me a 1‑year warranty replacement. That helped me out a lot. I’m proud to call this my go‑to parts store.
