  Over the years, I have bought several vehicles from Mr. Fred Munns and Herlong Ford. For our most recent purchase my oldest daughter was buying her first vehicle on her own, and as usual Fred went above and beyond. You made sure my daughter was taken care and I cannot thank you enough!

  Traded in a 25 palisade with ZERO issues and 31k miles, got an expedition, 2024, 47k miles, more $$, which is fine, if the vehicle were in the condition it was advertised as. Vehicle has 2 recalls, rims were scuffed up, had to replace the wipers myself due to them being beyond time to be replaced and vehicle is due for an oil change. Not even the next day the radio system was having issues, contacted dealership, service dept acted like it was such an inconvenience to schd an appt, asked about a loaner vehicle since this was something completely avoidable if they had done the job properly to start with, service lady said if you wanna risk being stranded then so be it…couldn’t promise they’d have a loaner car available. Also told dealership we’d be there at 9:30am to sign paperwork as everything else was already done the previous day, they had nothing ready and we didn’t leave until after 11am. Would NEVER do business here again or ever recommend them to ANYONE.
