  I highly recommend not using this Ford Dealership for your servicing. I was quoted 1188 to have all my fluids changed in my truck. When I returned almost two days later(I was told it would take one day) the main service I requested(front differential fluid change) was not complete. They said the tech said I wanted my vehicle back. I hadn't talked to anyone. With the one service not complete Ford tried to charge me 1500 dollars. I had my estimated receipt and with the service not completed it should have been 988. W settle after an hour for around 1100 dollars. This is what happens when I try and give my local dealership my business.

  Wes Herlong was very professional and easy to work with . He did an excellent job of explaining all the details of my new purchase. Meryl was also very supportive in assisting in my purchase.   Went there about 2 weeks ago , we were just looking to see if we can get a car for me with a low loan for a used car and Richard Whites was the person that was gonna help me and honestly he is amazing , answered all my questions and he was very detailed for every question I had everyone there was super sweet and managed to help me get a car which I love , a few days after having the car the AC compressor wasn’t working well and it’s been really hot were I live so as soon as he called to check on how the car was working and told him the issue and he immediately helped me to contact there service department and made an appointment ASAP and they fixed it and they were amazing and Richard whites helped me get the Air compressor fixed ! I am super happy with there service and they are amazing !

  Communicated with Herlong regarding this vehicle I was interested in trading for. After a ridiculously low offer on my vehicle I stated to them that book values on my vehicle were easily at the very least $3000 more, even sending them one of many offers I received. They stated that the outfit that made that offer works with different banks and since my vehicle was used (500 miles on it) they couldn't offer any rebates to a potential buyer. The "manager" had a answer for everything. I go there to check out the vehicle I wanted and was willing to take a bit of a hit on it thinking we could easily work out something. The photos of the interior were not even close to what it actually was. The interior was completely jet black. Herlong stated that the photo booth sometimes changes the colors in a photograph. I buy that, but this is not even close. In fairness, I could have asked. The ad did say black onyx interior, but come man. Good way to waste a morning if you don't value time. However, the Subway up the street made a pretty decent sandwich. The photos below are some pictures taken from their website. Check out the "black onyx" interior.
