This is to second the negative one ⭐ because we still have not heard from anyone regarding our 2 complaints. It is getting ridiculous. First multicare jiffy lube I've ever been and I have an issue with both their core service and a multicare service. I've never had an issue with a jiffy lube that stuck to their core service. I'm not sure if it's just the Bronco Group locations, but I will never do business with any jiffy lube again. The manager of this particular location said they did all they can do by submitting our complaint to the higher ups. However, when asked for a higher up contact, they don't have one to provide. When the new spark plugs and new ignition coils didn't solve the issue and while the fuel injectors were being replaced, the district manager was there and suggested maybe even a wiring issue might be the reason for a cylinder 3 misfire. This further shows they were guessing because a leak down test would have help diagnose the real issue, blown head gasket. This free oil change was there only way of saying sorry and it ended up not being free but damaging. #MatthewFiveTwentyFive

Negative 1 ⭐️ to be exact for causing unnecessary wear to my engine by not installing the oil filter correctly. Instead they crush it, which gave me intermittent low oil pressure and a P0014 check engine code. They did tell me I was good to go, but Lord willing I figured it out after driving 351 miles that I wasn't good to go. **The P0014 code on a Kia Sorento indicates an "Exhaust Camshaft Position Timing Over-Advanced" on Bank 1. This means your engine's computer has detected that the exhaust valve timing is out of sync with the crankshaft. This is most commonly caused by low or dirty engine oil.** ***Advice from a layman, insert oil filter first (it only sits one way - put the little thingy in the hole, even a virgin knows that) and then screw down the oil housing; it will fit like a glove every time.*** ****I got a call today from this store, asking why I keep updating my review. I said because this isn't the first time. Wait until I give the review regarding the month long venture of you dancing around a blown head gasket, where you sold me everything but. And about the 3 or 4 times you send me away saying the problem is fixed, using flimsy excuses. You know a head gasket can be replaced. A month of no diagnostic, just guess work, made once I figuring it out, fixing the issue a gamble. It could cause other issues, such as knocking in the bottom of the engine. Therefore, I had to install a new motor, but not by them (That is the only good thing that came out of this, is that I found a real mechanic who can also do oil changes, instead of an oil change company who pretends to be a mechanic aka multicare. #stayinyourlane). They could have simply said they don't have the right diagnostic tools to diagnosis the issue and I would have went elsewhere right away. I can go into $3600 worth of details, but will wait because this goes back to mid April and someone should be contacting me who can resolve my complaint.**** # MatthewFiveTwentyFive

I stopped in on a Saturday morning during a road trip to get creaking brakes troubleshooted and fixed. I figured I'd need new brake pads and rotors in the front. However, Everett the store manager found that the issue was just sticking brake hardware and had it fixed quickly. Instead of charging me for a service I didn't need, he just fixed the issue and had me on my way. I highly recommend this location Thanks from Wisconsin!
