Joshua was super helpful while picking up the vehicle we rented for vacation. Even though there was a small problem, he took very good care of us. Issac took care of us when we returned the vehicle and we couldn’t ask for better service. We will definitely rent from the Easley location again because of these two.

Car rental was fine, rental process was fine BUT my car was burglarized and back window busted out. I understand we park at our own risk but after speaking to the sheriff and hearing MULTIPLE cars have been burglarized over a long stretch, you’d think Enterprise would tell you this OR put up better security precautions. The weekend mine was broken into, at least 2 others were as well. One being a work truck with the toolbox pryed open & items left scattered on the ground. So a $200 rental ended up costing an additional $300 to replace a back passenger window. So, if you use this facility, DO NOT leave your vehicle.

The offices in Easley, SC and Lakeland TN were very pleasant and efficiently run! We were very pleased with both of the attendants as well, personable and friendly! The car we got was clean and comfortable. The ease of the whole process was great! We will use Enterprise the next time we need a rental car! 😀

I needed a rental car due to a small accident that put my vehicle in the repair shop. I requested a fuel efficient vehicle and what I got instead was a gas guzzling tank. I requested a replacement vehicle twice and got no response. Enterprise needs to do better with customer service if they want to have their customers as repeat customers. A vehicle that gets 14 miles to the gallon is not fuel efficient. They should have much more economical vehicles in their inventory due to the high cost of fuel these days.

The most useless Enterprise (Hwy 123) in my 42 years of being on Earth. These guys don't ever have any cars if you have insurance that pays for the rental service if your other vehicle is down for repairs, but magically on their website cars are available. I tried to get my rental on Friday, but their execuse was Labor Day created a shortage. So I waited until today (9/8/26) and the lady at the counter said no cars will be available until Thursday. What a crock of beans. So I just stormed out of there cussing and irate and decided to try H-Z. Gues what?? H-Z actually has cars!! Imagine that! They have freaking cars! So I go to H-Z and it is smooth sailing and quick and I now have car to to use temporarily! Maybe Enterprise could learn from their competitor.
