  Tried to rent a car and the answering service and website said there were cars available. I booked one and then called to arrange pick up and they said they had no cars, they were fully booked. They did the same to my husband. When we drove by they had a FULL LOT. If you’re going through insurance they always have a car but not when you’re trying toto self pay.

  Isaac, Josh, and Teagan all get A+ report cards. We lost our keys in the Saluda River and it could have gone really bad delaying our vacation. Not with this crew. Top notch!

  I had a great experience with a 12 day rental of a Ford Expedition Max. Transaction went smoothly. Reasonable weekly rate. Friendly staff. No problems with the vehicle. It performed perfectly and was in tip-top shape.

  I understand everyone's experiences can be different and that goes for any place, any time. And having said that, my experience at this specific office has been the best one yet! The people that work there are real, honest, and customer-oriented people. Things sometimes can be truly out of their control, but still keep a calm head and do their best. I give 5 star credit to this office and their staff for making my pick up and drop off memorable. I will definitely be working with them in the future. Teagan (I hope I spelled it correctly 😅) thank you for your great people skills, customer service, and keeping your cool. You can't make every one happy, but being you definitely puts smiles on people's faces like me 😁 Shout out to you, GREAT JOB!!! 👍🏽

  I had made a reservation for a ford transit back on 5/16/2026 for a family trip I am taking on 6/20/2026. I got a call on Friday 6/12/2026 almost a month later after I had confirmation of the rental and they told me that the van was not going to be available, no explanation of what happened, just canceled it. Now no one else has a vehicle of that size available. Terrible service. Why are you allowing reservations for vehicles you don’t have and to let me know a week before my reservation is just horrible!
