  Love this location. Everyone is quick to get the car to you and goes over all the options if you want to add anything.

  Very easy booking process, very friendly staff when called. Problem is, website offers a Jeep Gladiator **(or similar)** and on the day of pickup, they tell me they don't have a Jeep Gladiator at all...so now I'm scrambling trying to find a gladiator...the specific vehicle I wanted to begin with.

  I had stopped renting from Enterprise in Easley for a while because the customer service had really declined. I decided to give them another try recently, and I’m glad I did. The staff has completely changed, and the service is so much better. Joshua (I believe that was his name) was fantastic. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He was totally on point from start to finish and showed exactly what great customer service should look like. I’m happy to say Enterprise in Easley has earned my business back.

  I've rented from this location for business and personal trips for over a year, and they always go above and beyond to help. Keep in mind the employees have limited control over availability -- rentals sometimes run long, vehicles need repairs, or a specific request just isn't in stock. But if you need something specific, like a pickup truck, they'll call around to other locations to track one down for you. That extra effort says a lot about the team.

  Thank you enterprise for wasting my time. Made reservation for a Friday to Saturday with a drop off at 6 pm it excepted my reservation and didn’t say anything out the ordinary. When I arrived Friday I was informed that I need to return the car by noon or I will have to pay till Monday. When I asked why did it except my 6 pm drop off I was told i don’t know. I’m really glad i was able to make other arrangements with my transportation if not I would have probably been more upset and ranted more. All I can say is this is highly unprofessional and that this company needs to figure out there systems a little better. If anyone is looking for a car rental service I would highly recommend trying to find someone else.
