- KZKim Zanotta2 days ago5.0This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic at customer service. 5 stars is not enough. Jaden in particular is incredibly professional, helpful and kind. My daughter, who is a college student, stopped in there on her way home from a 50 minute commute with an issue with her car that was making it virtually undriveable. We are 10 hours away and felt very helpless. Jaden immediately assessed the issue and fixed it for her quickly and sent her safely on her way. You don’t see customer service at that level as much as you used to and this store has it in spades. We cannot thank Jaden enough for taking care of our daughter especially on short notice.

I left for school drop-off with an almost dead battery, headed straight to Auto Zone, and arrived when the doors opened at 7:30am. I was greeted by the manager who was knowledgeable, friendly, funny (at 7:30am), and quick to find the battery I needed. The gentleman that installed the battery was polite, thorough, had me back on the road in 10 minutes, and to school with a few minutes to spare! I give Auto Zone in Easley 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
