  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other customers should know what to expect. I purchased a battery through this location after my dealership arranged for one to be set aside for me. I explained that I didn't know much about car repairs and that my vehicle was parked nearby. An employee provided me with tools and informed me that they do not perform battery installations for commercial accounts. After spending approximately an hour and a half replacing the battery myself, I received a call from my dealership stating that the store had contacted them claiming I had stolen the tools. I was in the process of returning those same tools. When I returned to the store, I expressed frustration over being accused of theft. Rather than de-escalating the situation, the store manager responded by insulting me and asking, "Why so bitchy?" The interaction quickly became unprofessional. What concerned me most was that the manager then approached me aggressively and continued advancing even after I repeatedly told him to stop and give me space. I backed out of the store, and he followed me outside while continuing the confrontation and calling me names. I eventually left to avoid further escalation. Everyone has bad days, but customers should not be falsely accused of theft, insulted by management, or followed outside during a dispute. My issue is not that we disagreed. My issue is how the situation was handled by the person responsible for managing the store. I hope AutoZone reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately.

  Warmly greeted upon entering and leaving, was also helped by a very nice employee with super cool hair. Will definitely be back as I have never been into an Auto Zone and felt 100% comfortable until today!
