I stopped in, explained my issue, and Enrique took great care of me right away. He was able to identify the issue (a non-tight oil plug) quite quickly and fixed it right away. He topped me off with oil, ensured that the problem was fixed, and informed me of some recommended next steps. I felt very attended to, cared for, with swift attention to my concern, and had an easy/no-more-issues-drive.
