- HSHeidi Smith6 days ago1.0I took my car to Mavis because I had a flat tire, and busted a lug nut. I sat there for almost three hours. They finally came out with a quote and said they were going to have to chang the whole wheel well. Want d to charge me almost 500. They ruined the nut I told them to let my car down and take it somewhere else. I took my car to precision auto and they had my car tire fixed within 20 minutes. Mavis is all about taking your money. I give precision auto a five star

The staff were great and Drew explained everything without treating me as stupid for any questions which is honestly refreshing because it happens more often than not being a woman and going into a shop. They checked my brakes while doing the 2 tires I needed and rotated them. Didn't push unnecessary extras just to get more money. They did tires, alignment, oil change and replaced my cabin air filter.

The store manager was so nice and helpful, explaining the issues and why I needed new brakes all around. I felt comfortable with the explanation and decided that was in my best interest to replace the front and rear brakes. From the welcoming greeting I received from Pam to the mechanics and store manager, I had a very good experience and highly recommend using this location for all your vehicle needs.
