If I could give 0 I would. In this economy with people hurting, they’re out here lying about labor and making people pay more. Mechanic was done in 30 mins so it shoulda been 90ish bucks but they said he worked 48mins and got 135 outta me. 🤦🏻♂️ do better…

5/5 Stars — Honest Service and Total Integrity!
We brought our car to Mavis after a dealership told us we had a screw in our tire that couldn't be patched and quoted us $337 for a full replacement. Since the tire wasn't losing air, we decided to get a second opinion here.
We dropped the car off, and within 30 minutes, Sam (who checked us in) called to let us know we were good to go. The screw hadn't actually punctured the tire, so no repair or replacement was needed—and he didn't charge us a dime.
It would have been ridiculously easy for a shop to take advantage of the situation and charge us for a repair or tire we didn't need. Sam's honesty saved us hundreds of dollars. We’ve used this location before and have always had great experiences, but this level of integrity made us customer for life. If you need tire service, I can't recommend Sam and this team enough!
