  We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise, and the customer service we received was exceptional. Scott and the two other team members who assisted us were all incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. Scott was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The two other employees who assisted us were just as great and provided the same level of patience, kindness, and excellent customer service. I did get their names, but unfortunately, I can’t remember them at the moment, and I want to make sure they receive recognition as well. All three employees were professional, understanding, and willing to work with us throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier and were genuinely committed to helping us. Thank you to Scott and the two other team members for your outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond. Enterprise is lucky to have such a great team!

  The worst place to rent a car. Seriously, if you ever get into an accident and need a rental car, stay away from this place. The customer service is terrible, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. They only have a couple of cars but continue accepting many reservations. When you actually need a car, they simply tell you, “We don’t have any cars today. Come back tomorrow.” And that’s how they “solve” the problem. When someone is dealing with an accident, they need reliable service and a real solution—not excuses. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

  Received a call at 4:50pm the day before my Rental reservation saying the car I requested would not be available the next day for my trip. Had to settle for a car that I was not happy with. If you need a GUARANTEED rental car that you booked. this is not the place to rent from. Has happened to me twice.

  My Mother was in a wreck and needed a rent a car. She stated she wanted a minivan. They were not able to accommodate her request. Their idea of a large car were tiny sums not much larger then a car.
