  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Conway AutoZone today. There was only one customer ahead of me, which wasn't a problem. The issue started when the employee helping that customer took a phone call and placed the caller on hold. After finishing with the in-store customer, instead of acknowledging me, greeting me, or offering any assistance, he immediately went back to the phone call. A few moments later, he finally said, "I need you to hold so I can take care of this person." I assumed he was referring to me since I had been standing there waiting the entire time. Instead, he put that caller on hold, answered another phone line, and began helping yet another customer over the phone. Throughout this entire experience, he never once acknowledged my presence—not even a simple "Hello" or "I'll be with you shortly." I find it hard to believe AutoZone wants managers representing the company this way. Basic customer service starts with acknowledging the customer standing right in front of you. Because of this experience, AutoZone lost approximately $400 in sales today. I took my business to Advance Auto Parts instead, where they were happy to help and take my money. This location seriously needs customer service training and a reminder that the customers standing in the store should not be ignored

  Great place to find what you are looking for helpful stuff and friendly go out of there way to make sure your satisfied i can't remember his name but he was very helpful i was looking for gas line for my motorcycle we even exchanged pics of or bikes keep up the great work thank you.

  Purchased wiper blades for a 2024 Honda CRV. When I attempted to install them I found it difficult to install with the various adapters. I returned to the store and one of the employees, Collyn, installed them for me. Very helpful and courteous. He certainly is a asset to Auto Zone.

  Manager H was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to make sure my wife and I were satisfied. Went out of his way to give excellent service and it went a long way. Breaks and rotors still work perfect and we appreciated you. Definitely deserved one week of PTO and a 5% salary increase. Thank you for making a difference, don’t stop making people’s day.

  Manager John there was super friendly. daughter's car broke down right in front of the store. He was able to help me find a mobile mechanic to help me out I would highly recommend this store
