While I was actively vacuuming my vehicle, the machine suddenly shut off with no warning from staff. When I asked an employee what happened, I was told they close at 7. However, the posted Google hours show this location is open until 8 PM, and I left around 7:05 PM. No one came outside beforehand to tell me the vacuums were being turned off or that I needed to finish up. The issue is the lack of communication and customer service. A simple warning would have avoided the entire situation. Instead, I paid for a premium service and left feeling disrespected, rushed out, and like my service experience was incomplete. I also felt singled out by how the situation was handled, and I would like management to address why the equipment was shut off so early compared to the posted hours.
