Unfortunately the “manager” Cedric (short, black bald man) was very anal and so concerned about why I was getting a discount, AS IF IT WAS COMING OUT OF HIS DAMN CHECK, didn’t even RESET MY OIL LIGHT, OIL WAS OVER MY WINDSHIELD & HE WAS RUSHING ME OUT & YELLING AT THE NEW GUY AS IF HE WAS TALKING TO HIS CHILD. ALSO KEEP IN MIND I SPENT DAMN NEAR 200.00 BUCKS & THIS LIL SHORT DUDE IS SO CONCERNED ABOUT ME & MY DISCOUNTS??? REALLY!?????? MMMM, NEVER AGAIN. ILL STICK WITH THE SUMTER LOCATION!!!
- ACAndrew Connelly2 days ago1.0Came in on Saturday(05/16) to get an oil change. Everything went fine, but They didn't put the splash shield back on all the way so it came off while I was driving down the interstate on my way home. A replacement cover is gonna cost about as much as the oil change!
