  From the manager to the workers everyone was nice and working hard especially in the hot hot heat.

  My son took his Ford F-250 to the Valvoline on Hardscrabble. when he had issues 2 days after having his oil changes at Valvoline, he took it to Lugoff Ford. There was NO OIL in the truck. They told him his engine was blown and it would be $38,000 to fix it! Valvoline said they’re weren’t responsible because they have my son on camera shaking his head yes when the showed him the dipstick. Yes - it had oil THEN because they just did it. No issues burning white smoke until a couple of days having the oil changed! Suspicious!

  The store manager himself highly recommended an engine filter then after I paid for it is when he goes, "OH I don't have one in stock, but I can go get one and be back before my team is done". Only to have me waiting long after they were done for him to get back. He got back all late and blamed the store he went to for not having their manager present. No discount offered, no accommodation for the wait. Totally unacceptable, mind you I was the very first customer of the day.
