- CHChris HallSep 10, 20261.0I was hopping to have a great experience with everything I have seen on Facebook and knowing that we are getting a new Tommy's in Lexington but the experience was less than great. Entering the wash seemed like it was going to be great. It seemed high tech and didn't even require a attendant to help load into the wash. Then it all went down hill. The smell was horrible. I understand that car washes use reclaimed water but there is obviously something wrong with the filtration system at this location. Then on to the wash brushes...they looked frayed like they have been in use for many many years which I know is not the case since this location is fairly new. It really gave me an uneasy feeling that these brushes were damaging my paint. Now the dryer seemed very good until you get to the shammy brushes, these things looked worse than the wash brushes and weren't even in operation, and I know they should have been because I paid for the most expensive wash. Then out to the vacuums, these things SUCKED... everything but the dirt on my floor. I've used cheap old school dust busters with more power than this vacuum system. Not to mention that only 1 of the 2 form my spot was even working. I will give the new location in Lexington a shot when it opens but I sure hope that the up keep of the equipment is better than this Devine St. location.

A sweet employee named Amir went above and beyond to help me with my membership, and he even showed me how to use the mat washing machine. He was so helpful that he went as far as doing it for me! The staff was very thorough and made sure I was attended to. No doubt the employees were genuinely attentive and willing to help. Amir definitely stood out and made my experience even better. Great customer service overall!!!!!

I didn’t really think that there was that much of a difference in car washes, but my car looked noticeably cleaner and shinier after going through the machine, and their wipes, vacuums, and mat cleaners were awesome as well. Next time I need a car wash, this’ll be the first place I go!
