  Krysten is the best. I had an iaaie with a record issue from a previous visit. She was kind, courteous, professional! Juat amazing 20 out of 10 stars.

  Witnesses of one of the crew members eating a McDonald’s chicken sandwich under another customer’s vehicle while they both laughed about it big white guy ?? Unsanitary place needs works the crew can’t ever get the act right at these places around Columbia… never coming back service slow. Needs new management asap. I was waiting for service that had yet to receive the bigger guy asked the younger gentlemen to retrieve his belongings computer - book bag to avoid the customer in the lobby while they both seemed to be enjoying McDonald’s under the car . Me and my wife left very disappointed in this company knowing me and family been coming here & there for a while !

  they were super helpful and they made sure that I knew the condition of my air filter in my cabin air filter and then let me know that I needed to replace both and what the prices were immediately as I asked them they weren’t hesitant to give me information so that was very helpful

  The young lady who is the GM was so very helpful. (I wish I could remember her name) She greeted me, walked me through what services I needed, educated me on the other maintenance of my car and simply had great customer service. As a woman we can feel not as secure going to car places to get services done (because of many reasons) however, she made my overall experience wonderful. She deserves a raise & recognition for the value she brings to this company.

  I purchased a Groupon for my mom for an oil change. She was made to feel VERY UNWANTED simply because she had a Groupon. Intitally she was accused of being at the wrong location. Once it was confirmed that she was at the correct location, an employee complained that he would have to send another employee home early because they don't make enough money off of Groupons. He continued to complain to my mother. He told her that he believes the owner does not participate in Groupon sales. My mother SHOULD NOT have been met with complaints and reluctancy from the employees if they have grievances with the shop owner for accepting Groupons. If you purchase a Groupon for an oil change, I would not recommend this location. I purchased a Groupon for myself for the 1101 Broad River Rd. location. They were very friendly, professional, and fast
