We were looking for a Hybrid battery for our Camry but they do not carry hybrid batteries as we found out when we went in person. The lady in the office that helped us was very nice. What we didn't like is that when you call the phone number listed, your call goes to a call center NOT the location itself. So what we were told by the call center was not what we found out in person. So don't go by what they tell you from the call center. Better to go the the location in person.

Had my grandson (9 years old) with me and waited in line to pay the $2 fee to get in. Got to the front took my pic and paid the $2. I really didnt think about them charging for my grandson but once my card cleared and Britney (pull-a-part employee) said i was good to go, I reached for tool bag and told my grandson to come on. We began walking when Britney stopped me and said she was sorry but you must be 16 to enter and that I could not leave him up front either (not as if that would have been a choice i would have made anyway) Before i could ask why she didnt say anything she said she assumed he was with the older couple behind me orvshe would have informed me. I was a little frustrated but at that point what could i do. I asked to get my $2 refunded as i obviously could not go inside at this point and i figured oh well while wondering why she thought my grandson was with this elderly couple and she was going to inform them but haf failed to inform me. What ever what can you do right. So when she yold me i could not get a refund she again said she was sorry if she had known he was with me she would of told me. And at this point she became dismissive and turned to help the couple behind me. Wanting to react I thought this was obviously not going to help so i just asked her her name and told her thank you and left. Now its $2 and not going to change my life but i thought id give Britney a shout out for her dismissing the fact that this little biracial boy could be with me 48 yr old bald white man) and assuming he was with the 60 yr + couple behind me (to be fair Black man and white woman). And then to top it off to be dismissive when i asked for a refund. Shout out to Britney for her profiling and refusal to do the right thing and refund the little $2 because she felt that was the right thing to do at that point. Britney I am assuming your a good person and that your willingness to inform the next people that this child could not come in before they paid but just the thought that basically because you profiled me and didnt inform me that was cool to just not offer any consolidation. Just a bad personal experience with a touch of bias maybe from Britney at pull -a-part.

Drove 120 miles for a rear differential, knowing full well that every scrap yard scours the vehicles, they surprisingly had no security lug sockets, were extremely unhelpful, I'll never be back, I had 400 dollars with their name on it and they couldn't help me whatsoever
