  Diquan saved my day. I drove right in, he was welcoming & had great customer service. He came out to check my vehicle & was able to get a technician to assist me immediately. Greatly appreciate the service. I will definitely be back.

  Diquan, loren, Luis and Andrew all did an amazing job when we needed help right before they closed. Top notch service and we are very thankful for how they made a stressful tire situation easy. We will be using them for everything in the future

  Went to Mavis as a walk in for a spur of the moment emergency for my car after work. Quan was able to get my car into the shop and serviced quickly. I was there for no more than 30 minutes. Quan was helpful and friendly providing a smooth and easy experience for me as a customer.

  Stopped in to get assistance with my the tire pressure in my tires. The young man came out and stated he could check to make sure everything think was good. He took it on the bay checked the tires and recalibrated the tpms. He was fast and very nice. Great customer service!

  Edit: I wanted to give them a great review, but my experience turned south. First they put the wrong size tires on and I had to return. Next I learned they broke both the tire pressure gages that worked perfectly fine before they work they did on my car. Very disappointed. This whole experience cost me more time and money than it should have. I walked in at 4:00 on a Sunday with a flat tire and they jumped right in to help me. They were so helpful and showed me what caused the tire to go flat. Very professional and reasonable.
