  I went to Mavis for an oil change, and I always bring my own oil and oil filter because most places don’t carry the type my vehicle requires. I’ve had my oil changed at Mavis multiple times using my own supplies without any issues. The bald black man with a beard at the front desk was very unprofessional. He told me they don’t perform oil changes if customers provide their own oil and filter. I explained that Mavis has always changed my oil this way. He then asked another employee, who confirmed that they do perform oil changes when customers bring their own oil. Despite that, the employee at the front desk continued insisting that they don’t. The conflicting information and the way the situation was handled were frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the staff receive better training so customers are given accurate information and a more consistent experience.

  My Wife and I went to Mavis to have our car checked out because the TPM sensors were acting up. We was warmly greeted by the Technician whose name was Kyle. .....he was absolutely fantastic!! Knowledgeable, Polite and very prompt. He was able to fix our TPM sensor issue, and we were made to feel that fixing our issue was as much his problem as it was ours. Great experience, I highly recommend that you go to Mavis for any issue you may have concerning you car. Ask for Klye@ two notch rd Mavis!!!

  They did a great job. Under new management or something, the difference in the last two years is amazing. Friendly staff got to everything very efficiently, and everything was very clearly stated.

  Andrew was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.   Marcus and Andrew both helped me during my visit. They we technically proficient, very professional and used a customer centric approach with myself and several additional customers while I was at the store. They demonstrated a lot of energy and caring concern. These men represent the Mavis brand with demonstrated pride and ownership.
