We stopped at Mavis, where we met Mr. Leroy. After we arrived, it became clear they were short-staffed with it being a Sunday, and although they had the tire we needed, they didn't have the staff available to install it. Instead of simply telling us there was nothing he could do, Mr. Leroy immediately started looking for a solution. He got us the tire we needed, connected us with another location right down the road that was able to install it, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. That level of customer service is rare. He genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road instead of simply sending us away. Mr. Leroy and his team were friendly, professional, and incredibly kind during a stressful situation, and we're truly grateful for everything they did. It's refreshing to come across people who go the extra mile when they don't have to. Thank you again, Mr. Leroy!
