Jordan that works at the front desk is very helpful and does not push any services that the customers do not want. However, she does keep them informed about safety concerns and how long someone can drive before the repair is a must. I take all three of my vehicles here and have never had any issue, complaints, or concerns.

- SSShardaeApr 23, 20261.0SAVE YOUR TIME! It took THREE times for them to finally realize they wouldn’t be able to work on my car. THREE TIMES!! The first day I had to leave because they had nobody to work on it, so I came back EARLY the next day. After THREE HOURS I called them and the STORE MANAGER didn’t even know what car I was talking about and they didn’t even look at it until I called. And nobody called me back after that, UNTIL I CALLED. The ONLY decent thing they did was not try lifting my car with the rust. I go back today and they WAIT TIL NOW TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T WORK ON IT. I found out later my parents have been complaining about them being slow and taking forever. SAVE YOUR FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT VALUES YOUR TIME
