Do NOT go here. I was never given the inspection report. They only wanted me to have wheel speed sensors fixed even though I told them of the MANY issues with my Kia. I told the lady at the service desk that if it was going to be outrageous to fix my car then I’d get rid of it and go buy a Chevy or something. She said she didn’t blame me. She also said she’s seen a lot of cars come in with the same issues as mine. So why isn’t Kia putting out a recall? Money! That’s why. I had another mechanic check the issues and they said it’s not normal for both left/right rear speed sensors to go at the same time with no physical damage and both having an open short. I’ve had Kia in Florida do work on my car and I received pictures and videos of anything wrong or what they’ve done. Not at JTs which gives me cause for concern. Don’t buy from here or have your car worked on here. I don’t recommend them at all.

Came in just for a recall on car. Had a 10am appointment they told me that it would take 1 hour so far it's going on two hours. I was here before people they done came and left. After 1 hour and a half passed. I text them on the number they provided to ask how much longer it would take they said another hour or so. I mean Come on know that would be almost three hours. For 1 recall. OMG I SHOULD'VE WENT TO THE ONE ON GREYSTONE BLVD. I EVEN CALLED THE NUMBER THAT THEY PROVIDED LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA JUST WANTED A ESTIMATED TIME ON HOW LONG JUST FOR HER TO KEEP ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER RESPONDED BACK. EVERYONE WHO I CAME BEFORE IS GONE.

I’ve owned my 2023 Sportage since new and have had every service done at JT's Kia, and the experience has consistently been excellent.
Service advisors Whitney, Deauri, and Carl truly make this service department stand out. They are always professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. Each visit, they clearly explain what my vehicle needs, keep me updated during service, and make sure everything is handled smoothly from check-in to pickup.
It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with genuine customer care, but they do it every time. I never feel pressured, and I always leave confident that my Kia is being well taken care of.
If you’re looking for a dealership service department that values customers and stands behind their work, I highly recommend JT’s Kia on Killian Commons Parkway. Thanks again to Whitney, Deauri, and Carl for consistently providing top-notch service.

My girlfriend dropped off the 2017 Kia Serento. Mind you it's on it's 2nd engin. With the same problem OIL CONSUMPTION, our service MGR stated they are well aware of the problem with these. Mind you it goes through about 4 quarts of oil a week. She also has a disabled child. Kia stated that there is nothing they can do until it blows up and it has to throw a a certain code. So Kia thinks it will be OK for a mom to be driving around with a disabled son until it blows up and be stranded on the side of the road knowing there is a major problem that THEY are aware of. Way to look out for your customers. I will tell everyone I know this and how she was treated. Will never buy a Kia moving forward.
My experience at JT’s Kia of Killian Rd was absolutely amazing! As a first time car buyer I have experienced salespeople be the least forthcoming with information but huge thank you to Hermajesty Robinson who was phenomenal throughout!! Every person that was apart of my process did everything to make sure that I was well informed about the business and to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the process! My brand new K4 is an exceptional ride! Do yourself a favor and get to JTs Kia of Killian Rd!!
