Did not honor their quote. Treated us like criminals for paying cash. Unprofessional. Won't honor requests, Greed to the highest degree. All I can say is a Devine intervention took place and God was looking after me and I didn't realize it at the time. The very next morning GM issued a "Do Not Drive" on 22 models including the one I was looking at! Who wants a $140K car you can't drive and GE says to have it towed. Whew! Thank you Jim Hudson for not wanting to take my money. At the end I couldn't believe you let 1k keep you from selling a $140 car. Total Greed!! I will tell my story to others as a testimony to the good lord above and he gets all the glory from making this deal fall apart. I will also tell everyone else I do not recommend this dealership!

Scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and TPMS service done this morning. I signed up for 10:15 AM with a loaner. Got there and was told they tried to call to let me know they didn’t have loaners but they would do their best to get me out of there quickly. They also suggested rotating and balancing my tires for $39.95 which I did because we are going on a trip. We left at 12:45 PM and the only service we actually got was an oil change. I hit a curb recently pretty much head on and had heavy scratching on my passenger side rim and that is still where it is… so clearly my tired weren’t rotated even though I was charged for it and my TPMS warning light is still on and I wasn’t charged anything for it so I guess they just decided not to provide that service at all. To be there for almost 3 hours with my 3 year old for an oil change only is insane.
