  First, I like to start off by saying. Before I made a decision to come to your place of business. I read reviews which was not so good. I made a sound decision myself to go inspite of. I have learned that people have their opinions, but not always honest and try to deter others. So today, service was great from start to finish. Everyone was very courteous. No one tried to get me to have service for more than I actually came in for. I had oil change and tire rotation, the price was not bad. 😊 I appreciate the complimentary car wash alone with the complimentary snacks in the waiting area while my vehicle was being serviced. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Being the only Cadillac dealer within a reasonable drive, they can do whatever they want. Appointment is not by TIME but by DAY! We had to call at the end of the day to see what was going on with our car. They couldn't do anything because they had to order a part. Why didn't they call us so we could get our car earlier so I didn't have to take another day off of work to pick up my car!!!! I hope upper management gets this review.

  I have purchased several vehicles including commercial vans, a Cadillac Escalade Sport and most recently a canyon at4x. When the sales person Erwin Gamble took a video it showed the all weather floor mats but when we received the vehicle it had cloth floor mats and we didn't realize it until later. I checked and they are standard with this option. They also haven't sent me the extra key so I only have one. Be very cautious when buying from them. We have brought this to a managers attention as well as Erwin Gamble. Several times Erwin said he would bring it to his managers attention and no one has even called me back. I'm seriously questioning the integrity of this salesperson and this dealership.

  My name is Darryl Cruel i went into jim hudson to get my oil changed in my Ct6 Cadillac and their customer service was absolutely superb from the front desk to the service person. that helped me thank you so much!!
