  Hands down the BEST vehicle service experience of my adult life! The service advisors were awesome, especially Parma who helped get me booked and in the door. Timely, accurate service with video of the technician’s evaluation. I won’t be taking my Cadillac anywhere else now that I know I can come here!

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Hudson Cadillac. My sales associate was Xavier and he went the extra to make this transaction happen as I was out of state making this purchase. He was always professional, polite and listened to all my questions and concerns. He followed up on every thing that I asked about to make sure it was correct and simple to make the purchase. Xavier then passed the lead to Arkeyleius the finance manager and he took multiple calls and questions to make sure every detail on the financing end was explained and correct before moving forward with the purchase. Since the vehicle was being delivered to me in another state Xavier didn’t stop after the papers were signed he continued to check in to make sure we received the vehicle in the condition as if we were there at the dealership. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Jim Hudson Cadillac, ask for Xavier, they made my vehicle purchase extremely easy.

  Recently went to the dealership to buy a new truck, picked the one I wanted and planned to go back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Got a call from the salesman the next day at 9 am saying the vehicle was sold that evening, BAD BUSSINESS all around. Was contacted by the Sales manager and was told that they have 17 salesmen and they are all selling from the same pool. I dont buy that they pulled the truck off the lot and was detailing it for me the next day obviously that was untrue, They got me the identical truck in 2 days and closed the deal I got my truck i wanted but a bad taste in my mouth lingers.

  Colleen Wiggins doesn’t have good customer service! My car was ready for hours before I even called and she never called and said it was ready. I had to call myself and was told it was ready since earlier in the day!

  I came to JimHudson Monday morning to get my check engine checked. I was standing there waiting patiently, and Mr. Dean came over and assist me with the issue that I was having with the car not only that he assist me his personality and he show great attitude and helped me to the fullest. I really thank you guys for your service customer service go along ways and for him to come and help me when I was in distress it was so perfect thank you Jim Hudson for your service. Yes, I will recommend my whole family to come to you guys. You have the best care team.
