- LSLiz sMay 6, 20263.0The manager is fantastic and nice. VERY good service, however, I was told I needed new tires and the Honda dealership said I still had about 10,000 miles left of wear. And cost for new tires, which I do not yet need, was a little lower at Honda and better tires.

The most recent time I was told that they couldn’t rotate my tires because they were worn enough to where it wouldn’t be safe to do so. I’ve had these tires for less than a year and they don’t even have 10,000 miles on them and have already been rotated. I went to another car shop this morning to have them rotate my tires and they told me that my tires are perfectly fine and are in great condition. This is the second time they have told me that after Joy’s recommendations. I wasted my time and money having to do that when I already took time out of my day to take it to Goodyear. I have been going to Goodyear because of the convenience and them being open on the weekends but I will not be back again.
