Very disappointing customer service experience. I came to this Flying J specifically to purchase a shower. I paid for the shower and was assigned Guest 16, Door 4. When I went to the assigned shower, the access code I was given did not work. I waited because I wasn’t sure if there was a delay or if I was supposed to do something differently. After waiting, a truck driver asked if I was waiting for a shower and suggested I go back to the front desk because there appeared to be several showers available. I went back and explained that I had been waiting and that the code I was given wasn’t working. The cashier, Kaniyah, questioned why I hadn’t told her sooner and, in my experience, spoke to me in a rude and confrontational manner rather than simply helping resolve the issue. I explained that I didn’t know there was a problem I needed to report because I had already received my shower assignment and had been waiting. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I could get my money back and that she would not serve me. Another customer even offered to pay for the shower for me, but that was refused and I was still not allowed to use the shower. To be clear, the broken shower code was not the biggest issue — the way the situation was handled was. Technical problems happen. What I expected was basic customer service and assistance with a service I had already paid for. I have since contacted Pilot/Flying J Guest Services and formally reported the incident. I hope management reviews what happened, including the shower transaction and available camera footage, because customers should not have to experience this type of interaction when simply asking for help.

Thank you for Flying J truck stop in Columbia SC on Fairfield Rd we were stranded at the truck stop for 11 days and couldn't get help anywhere so the manager was willing to help us eat every day otherwise we could starve out here cause we are both disabled and couldn't walk around far Kudos 💕 Flying J

As of posting, if youre a man and gotta wipe your rear, bring your own roll. Not one person on the 7 hours between my arrival and leaving was there a restroom check on the mens restrooms. So I'm just gonna assume that the men that work there dont wipe their booty and if the men's restrooms are like that, imma assume the same for the women's restrooms as well. Thats nasty for y'all'selves.

I bought a phone charger and they charged me for two of them Then they told me that I would be refunded for the extra charge, but they never did. Uma vez compre un cargador para mi celular y me cobraron por dos cargadores sin darme cuenta y cuando me di cuenta regresé ala cajera y me dijo que me regresaría el dinero ala tarjeta con la que pagué y nunca me regresaron el dinero.
